SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
U. S. SHIPPING
I. SHIPPING HOURS
We will make every effort to ship any order placed by 2PM EST, Monday-Friday. Any order placed after 2PM EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday will ship on the following Monday (or Tuesday, in the event that the Monday is a bank holiday.)
Online purchases may be made for delivery to an address within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through FedEx.
All online purchases are shipped via FedEx with signature required. For security reasons, all delphirive.com purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method.
II. SHIPPING OPTIONS & FEES
Enjoy complimentary ground shipping and returns on all U.S. orders over $150.
Overnight orders placed before 3PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day, including Saturdays where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

Signature is required for all orders.
For security reasons, all Delphi Rive orders require a direct, adult signature upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, please contact our Client Services team immediately by email at customercare@delphirive.com. We will assist in arranging to have your package held at a local FedEx facility for pickup.
If no arrangements are made, FedEx will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. Following the third delivery attempt, your package will be returned to its original Delphi Rive fulfillment location.
III. TRACK YOUR ORDER
Your FedEx order tracking information is provided in an email with your order shipping confirmation. You can track your order on FedEx. If you still have questions or there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging, and contact us immediately by sending an email to customercare@delphirive.com US orders can also be tracked by signing into your account.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will make every effort to ship any order placed by 2PM EST, Monday-Friday. Any order placed after 2 PM EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday will ship on the following Monday (or Tuesday, in the event that the Monday is a bank holiday.)

II. SHIPPING OPTIONS & FEES
To find out the cost of shipping to your country or location, please click on the flag icon on our homepage and select your delivery country. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, size and weight of the package, and the shipping method selected. We offer several shipping methods, including airmail, standard courier, and express courier. The prices for each option will be displayed at checkout.
III. COURIER DELIVERIES
Packages shipped via courier can be tracked using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that standard couriers may take up to 48 hours to update tracking information. If there has been no tracking update for more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the shipper.
IV. AIRMAIL DELIVERIES
For airmail deliveries, there is no guaranteed delivery date, and the dates quoted at checkout are estimates. Tracked mail packages do not provide continuously updated tracking information. Once the package arrives in your country, it will be passed to your local postal service for final delivery. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please wait an additional 10-14 business days to allow for customs inspections or postal delays. If the package still hasn't arrived, please contact us to initiate an investigation. If the parcel is declared lost in transit, you will receive a full refund.
V. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to international trade agreements and state laws, select items such as certain exotic skins cannot be shipped to California or outside the United States. In compliance with hazardous materials restrictions, flammable items such as fragrance cannot travel by air.
